As a new patient, I had a terrible experience. I went in as a new patient for a dental check up, and was charged over $300 for them to take photos and X-rays. They told me that they would run the charges with my insurance afterwards and I would be refunded if it turns out that I was covered by my insurance. I had specifically chosen this dentist because they were in-network with my dental insurance. During the check up, I was advised that I would need a root canal procedure completed at another facility and would need to return for a crown. This came with a hefty cost of over $2,400, excluding the root canal costs and the initial $300 charged as a new patient.Despite me calling a few times prior to my appointment to make sure on the cost. They were not willing to contact my insurance before doing the procedure and expected me to pay the full out-of-pocket cost before operating on me, leaving me with no choice but to pay since I needed the procedure done.

They pressured me to pay almost $200 for a consultation, even after I repeatedly told them that I didn’t have that kind of money. I am on Disability/Medicare and barely have enough to make it through the month. They guilted me to take out a loan for $300. With the understanding that I would only be paying $150 on the loan, that was after they called me when I got home, texted me several times and even sent emails. All of this to convince me that I had to pay them a $300. Loan with a large 35% approximate interstate rate, and I had to do it right then. Not to mention the $75 I was pressured to pay that day. I was guilted into doing something that I repeatedly told them, I could not afford to do it. But I had to take a loan out to buy groceries and pay other bills because of their pressuring me. I have been trying to get them to work this out with me, they promised to call me back on Tuesday, no phone call then or Wednesday, still waiting.

Today I had my teeth cleaned by Renee. She could not have been nicer. Everything she was communicated to me before she did it. I was examined by Dr. Mohammad Iranmanesh who also went over everything. I usually see Dr. Nima Iranmanesh. He did my partial and it is perfect! This is the first partial I’ve had that doesn’t require dental adhesive! He tweaked them over several visits until they fit like gloves! I highly recommend this practice. They’re great!
