Dr Sean was great and easy to speak with. The staff however, especially the office manager are rude and the customer service is HORRIBLE. They made a mistake on ordering my prescription and after 4 trips to the Dr's office (which is very unclean), 24 phone calls and 9 voicemails over 2 weeks I was told it was my fault for taking the meds from the pharmacy and I'd have to wait for the refill for it to be corrected. The office manager is rude and unqualified for the position of customer service or realizing people are stressed when seeing the Dr and just want to be healthy and get better. She acts as if they are doing you a favor and are bothered by patients. When asked several times who else I can speak with to resolve the issue, I was told to find another provider. The level of rudeness, incompetence and downright lying done by the front office is enough to tell people to NEVER go here and leave the practice for your own health and sanity.
