Love the doctor but hate the staff. Had an appointment and received a phone call at 6:30 PM the day before, cancelling my appointment because the Dr would be out and the staff said we have called several times to reschedule. Noone ever contacted me and I received text messages confirming my appointment. When I called the next morning, after jumping through hoops to get someone on the phone, they were acting like I was bothering them to schedule an appointment. I rescheduled and was running late, tried to call but only was getting VM to leave message. Arruved at the location, was already listed as a no call no show, tole them I tried to call and the staff tells me that were not taking calls today due to short staff. Would not see me because of being late. I have always waited for them 30-45 mins but as a patient they will not give you the same courtesy.
