Unprofessional.
I went here for a new prescription and unfortunately I couldn't see with the glasses. I told them I would go to my opthamologist and come back with a new prescription to have the lenses replaced. I was given 30 days. I returned in half that time . The prescription they gave me was way off BTW. When I came back with the new prescription they refused to accept it, saying it was a new year and I would have to use my vision benefits for 2025 even though my insurance had already paid $400 in 2024. All they had to do was take my prescription and change the lenses. They chose not to. I am a senior living on social security. I am not use to this type of abuse.
