Dr. Putney is great but….
Dr. Putney did my back surgery last year. The surgical center used in Tradition was horrific! The anesthesiologist or assistant tore off the bottom of my uvula and damaged my throat severely, My throat bled for days, let alone trying to recoup from the back surgery and they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing! The last follow-up visit last month was a huge disappointment. I’d had the visit scheduled for months and when I arrived was told Dr. Putney wasn’t there and it would be Eric the PA. I was first greeted by a gum smacking young lady with a Fortis jacket on. Eric didn’t touch me and only asked how I was doing. 20 seconds later I’m out to pay my co-pay and she tacked on a fee for me using a debit card with out a mention of this NEW fee! I’m glad I don’t have to go back.
