Grossly understaffed. They rarely answer the telephone. The answering service is usually the person you get to talk to. If you leave a message with the answering service, the staff claims they didn't get it. I had to drive to the office, one hour each way, because I needed a referral done and no one was calling me back. If that wasn't bad enough, my attending physician made an whopper of a mistake on my diagnosis because she didn't even read the report of the ultra sound she ordered. It's a good thing I got a copy and reviewed it. That's how I found out that I have two kidney stones and one of them is obstructing! Dr. Reyes only looked at my labs and told me that I didn't have a kidney issue at all and that I needed to see an allergist. If I just took Dr. Reyes' word and followed her advice, my condition would have continued to get worse while I looked in every other direction. Overall horrible experience. I wouldn't go back to this bunch if they treated me for free.
