Had the worst experience I’ve ever had in medical office from the manager. I Went for a visit to see my doctor of 2 years now and upon arrival I had not been greeted. when the lady told me to fill out my name on the sign in sheet I told her I preferred not to . She says ok and asks for personal information out loud which I felt uncomfortable since there was many clients in the lobby. She then asked me to fill out new patient paperwork and I explained to her I was already an established patient. She says I need to fill out this other document because it’s protocol. I express to her I prefer not to do it and I answered the questions on the phone prior to my arrival. The lady then huffs and puffs and decides not to help me and starts laughing at me. I told her I didn’t think it was funny since I have a medical condition and HIPPA protects me for that . She put me in a room and harasses me then denies me medical treatment and she told me it’s not her job to help me. Her name is alisa.
