It was my first visit to this office so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The front office personnel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. By the time I finished filling out some information I was called in by Melissa, the doctor's medical assistant. She introduced herself, asked me some questions and if I had any particular concerns. She left and Dr Poochareon came right in, already briefed. She checked my concerns and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. When the doctor left Melissa wrote down what I needed to do and asked if I had any other questions. I’m still amazed. Great office and phenomenal doctor!

I recently had an appointment with the Skin Center of South Miami, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The parking was easy, the office was comfortable and clean. Dr. Varee Poochareon was not only thorough in my examination, but also took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood my condition and the treatment for it. Her genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and it made me feel valued as a patient.The efficiency of the entire visit was remarkable. They actually acknowledged and used the online forms I had filled out prior to my visit (a pet peeve that other medical offices neglect to do, asking for the same information when you arrive that you already provided in their pre-visit forms you completed o

Staff were kind to me and my Dad. The iPad app allowed us to enter information like meds very easily without having to repeat. Staff helped with questions. They had us at our appointment on time and out again within as short as could be hoped in the circumstances.
