Genuine Lack of Care or Concern

Without even a conversation and after 10 years of being prescribed a narcotic. They made the decision to terminate the care. I am assuming this decision was made when I had to leave my last appointment prematurely. After changing my appointment twice in the same day and the day before our last Hurricane I didn't think it would be a problem. They won't even return a phone call. There is a right way to do things, and a wrong way. These 'care givers' do it the nasty way and a most dangerous way.
