Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center

I have an HMO insurance plan. The front desk did not tell me that Kennedy-White is outside the network, and I would be charged full price. When I complained about the invoice, the front desk said I had been informed, according to their records. However, I never received a phone call, voicemail, text, or e-mail notification.

Go somewhere else. This office staff cannot support this practice. My husband went to be seen about his shoulder. They just wrote a PT script. When i went to schedule the PT visit, i realized they had given me a script for another patient needing hand PT. I called and was on hold for 24 minutes . I called back and pushed physician line (which they answered immediately) I told them i had been waiting 24 minutes and that I needed the correct PT script with my husbands name. She said she had to send me to central scheduling. I told her I did not want to wait 24 minutes again. She said, 'well you have to go there', and was quite rude about it and unapologetic. Again, I am still on hold (21 more minutes). it is not lunch time, or end of day. 'Patient care is our highest priority'. Ahhh no..
