Cancelled my appointment w/o notice
Visited once. Had an appointment scheduled for a month later . It was cancelled without asking me , the patient. The Dr would not write for medication my insurance would cover , instead insisted on only writing for a compounded , not covered treatment even after asking the Dr . Won't return.
