The people in the home office in Sarasota especially the billing department must get bonuses for being rude and incompetent. I just spoke to an AUBREY who couldn't have been more rude. First she didn't want to give me her name than said she could not explain their billing I just received from a year ago. Whenever I asked her to please explain the bill she screamed over me "DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT???". I guess they want to maintain their one star rating.

Intake visit was 24 days after the initial set of calls. It taking so many calls to get a human should've been a clue. I later learned they do not answer calls, they seem to screen messages & decide which to respond to. - They require a method of payment to keep on file. Sketchy. I am used to payment storage as an option, not a requirement. Skip to the intake appointment. The provider (Lindsey Gullo) didn't send the TeleHealth link until the appointment as agreed. I had to leave messages & she called 10 minutes into our time. Then we tried to connect for 10 minutes before we could start. Instead of a 50 minute hour we had 30 minutes. I suggested rescheduling but her next opening was a few weeks away. We spoke for 25 minutes & I asked about next time. She say she'd call the next week. No. I called, then emailed. Her next appointment was 3 weeks away. She canceled a few days before our meeting & told me she couldn't take me on. Wasted time & money, with no real service provided.
