Dr Shoemaker was my doctor
At Center for Sight, I paid $8390 to have a cataract removed and they sold me up and said I could see without glasses close-up, mid-range, and far away for $8900. My insurance paid for the regular cataract surgery, besides the $8900. I see worse now than I ever did and the doctor said there is no more they can do. After three different procedures and many different types of drops, I was told that was all they could do and said I had dry eyes. I cannot see close up and the doctor said to get reading glasses. I told him I could not read the road signs and had huge halos to no avail. He offered no refund and his secretary will not answer my calls or call back. Buyer beware. I saw better with the cataract and glasses.
