I usually don't leave negative reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case. This practice is disorganized, gives misinformation, and doesn't take responsibility for any of these things. Learn from my mistake and check reviews even if a friend recommends. I called ahead and had several phone conversations regarding the evaluation I am needing and related paperwork I needed filled out. After the person on the phone, Mason, verified my specific needs with the practitioner including showing them the paperwork, I was assured this could be done in one session. I made an appointment to see the nurse my friend recommended. I arrived an hour early to fill out paperwork and waited an hour. When I was called, the medical assistant began her tests and that is when I was informed the nurse I had the appointment with was not there, and I would be seeing someone else. I called in regards to a prescription and Michelle leveler was rude and hung up the phone on me...when I called the number that she had originally called me on for a appointment she was totally unprofessional...I had a appointment scheduled for a virtual call an she just called me on the phone an didn't even verify who she was or got any info from me take sure she was talking to her patient. And as far as the other doctor in her office he just tilts his head side ways an squints his eyes and keeps shaking his head like he is just agreeing with you. An mu appointment lasted 7 min on the phone an got the insurance bill an it was 400.00.
