Refusal to counsel me after the sudden passing of

I called this practice on referral of a dear friend bc my 27 year old son passed suddenly. They hadn't even returned my call so a left a message. They stated they refuse to treat me due to other medications I take for chronic issues. This is why we have a problem in this country with mental health. I am seeking help for my profound grief and these trained individuals refuse to help me
