Had to Leave
This was not a determination just to up and leave as I have been dealing with shoulder problems and this medical service just thought it was a joke. Their staff act like they don't know what they are doing. They failed to look at your files and made wrong decisions throughout my career. I filed two complaints of missed surgery dates due to incompetence and lack of doing their job. I have been dealing with shoulder issues and need surgery and the only thing that has happened is now my shoulder is worse and still no surgery due to their incompetence. I am done with them and you might want to think twice as they are not what they appear as they treat you as a number
