Premier Dental Associates

I was denied my cleaning today due to unpaid denied on error claims from two tears ago. I was told I had to pay over $200 and ask for reimbursement. I called argus and they had made a mistake on my birth year and reprocessed one claim. Called the dentist and the other claim had never been processed. They are resubmitted. This is 2 years ago..had been there for 3 other visits and never told about the problem

Scheduled a new patient at Port Richey. Got an appointment right away with Dr Girgis for evaluation. I was totally impressed with his technique. He pointed out things that no other dentist has in my 40 years of going to the dentist. Very professional and no pushing to have work done. Everything and everyone seemed very efficient. X-rays were done with a hand held device so they were very quick. The office staff were friendly. Prices were great. Wait time was minimal. Cleaning was scheduled 2 days later and they were able to fit in some work by Girgis that I elected to have done before the cleaning. Highly recommend.
