Terrible communication
Don’t bother asking for a refill. It won’t happen. They all will lie to you and say it will happen within 48 hours, but you will wait 5 days and then they will close for the weekend. The lack of communication between the office admin and doctors is a major problem. So is the fact that the doctors don’t read any messages on MyChart. Disheartening experience.

Don’t get sucked in
Dr. Power herself is great. Kind, listens, and works to find solutions. However, the practice as a whole is awful. The communication is horrible and if you do get it, it’s very rude. I have fought and fought for the care I need and am paying for. I hardly even get to see or speak to my own doctor! This practice has gotten too big and I am trying to get out.
