The visit was mediocre from start to finish including the receptionist with the frown on her face. What I am most disenchanted with is their sketchy billing process. I paid them $175 on May 16th and have been attempting to get reimbursed by my Flex Spending Account ever since. All that is required is a summary of services and it is like I have asked someone to give me their kidney. No one can provide me with this paper including the officer manager who according to the receptionist is never there. No one can provide any billing information as if the charges come from the sky. I tried calling other locations-there are none. All of the numbers on the fake billing document are disconnected. Something is definitely not on the up and up with the finances of this office. I am so upset that of all the offices that were provided me, I made the mistake of calling this one. There are several amazing doctors in South Florida, so it comes down to service, and they are definitely not good at that.
