My recent appointment with Dr. Haggert was excellent. She is caring, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. She went through my medical history step by step with me, then discussed what should be addressed in order of importance, followed by a detailed treatment plan. Having dealt with so many different doctors in vastly different fields over the years I can say that this was by far the best experience with a medical provider I've had in over 15yrs.

I had this practice for almost 2 years, and Dr. Mehta is great, however thr staff are not all. Some are helpful but the nurse named Kali is an obstinate, argumentative, unprofessional adult child who can’t handle getting prescription refills processed within 2 business days, resulting in my medication being filled late on 2 occasions now. This person thinks they are some sort of gatekeeper, and will argue with you as to when a refill is due and if there is 31 days in a month, she simply acts as if she doesn’t understand and repeats herself as to the 30-day refill date. She takes no responsibility for patient customer service whatsoever and will use the typical DARVO abuse tactic -deny, attack, reverse victim to offender towards a PATIENT if they question her incompetence. Hopefully they find a new nurse there soon, and get rid of Sandra as well, who is equally unhelpful. I will be finding a new doctor starting July 2023. The reason I selected Dr. Downs is she is covering for Dr. Mehta.
