The purpose of my visit was routine, yet it quickly became complicated due to an insurance coverage issue. While I understand that such problems are common, how the office staff handled them was startling. The receptionist and the insurance personnel were notably condescending and rude during our interactions. The atmosphere during my visit was uncomfortable, and the follow-up communication about the unresolved payment also lacked professionalism. This starkly contrasted the quality of care I had come to expect over the years. In light of these events, I have taken the step to settle my account by mailing a check for the last treatment, hoping to resolve the financial aspect amicably. However, due to the decline in the quality of client interaction, I request to be removed from any future mailing lists, as I will no longer patronize this clinic.
