Witness to an awful experience

The disgraceful & disrespectful intellect of Dr. Durtschi & some of the staff. They were rude to a young mother and a child when simply stating their concerns and reasons for care. Also, when asked about why there is a camera in front of the chair the Dr. got upset and through a tantrum. Unprofessional and distasteful.
