Didn’t really care about my concerns. Said they “arnt even familiar with my kind of pain they usually just do neck and back”just prescribed muscle relaxers and rushed me out the door. Whole appointment took about 3 minutes. Waste of a 30 minute drive

Excellent Care Team
The nurse practitioners are very attentive and listen to my concerns and problems that I'm experiencing now and have had in the past. They work with Dr. Belcher, who is very kind and reviews my issues and my records from other doctors and surgeons, etc. As a team, they provide great care.

Surgery Center
I always have their attention and always ask if I have any questions. They’re all very knowledgeable and helpful to get to the root of my issues. Now this address on Davis Hwy is the surgery center and has always done their part in my procedures. The care I have received is top notch and they go way above other surgery centers caring for their patients when there or at home by phone, checking on their patients.

Long waits and poor care
First time visit after being referred by my primary care doctor. I have an injury and chronic pain now and my pcm thought I should see a pain mgmt doctor. Well I saw a nurse practitioner not a doctor. They asked a bunch of questions but did no physical exam or even looked at my neck. The nurse said I need to schedule to see a doctor there if I want pain medication??? W T F that was why I was sent here in the first place? Seems like a big run around with no treatment. They also made me do a drug test and I 1 do not do drugs 2 do not smoke or drink 3 am not taking any pain medication and they did not prescribe me anything . So I am going back to my pcm to see about getting referred to a real pain management provider this time.

Just a Fancy corporate owned Pill mill
You get scheduled to see a PA or APRN and they will not provide meds until you see a doctor, yet they schedule you with a non doctor provider. Then they tell you to schedule with the doctor and that is 2 months away and still want you to see the PA or ApRN again in another month? Why? They make you schedule as many appointments as possible so they can get the maximum money. Are you Traveling a distance to come be seen and want to do an office visit and procedure on the sane day? Well they will not do that as insurance only pays for 1 visit per day so they make you do separate days so again they can get more money. This place was so much better when it was gulf coast pain and owned by a group of local doctors. This place is a perfect example of corporate greed and everything that is wrong with American Health care.

They don’t care about your pain. Just want your $
I have necrotizing pancreatitis from a gallstone that lodged in my pancreatic duct and have to wait 3 months to see a specialist to get it fixed. So my PCP referred me to Clearway Pain Solutions for pain management due to the fact that IB Profin, Tyl. and traditional OTC pain meds are very bad on pancreatitis and because I have a long wait to get the pain permanently fixed. I showed up 40 minutes early per their request to fill out 3 forms that took 5 minutes and then waited 35 minutes to get called back. The nurse then doctor came in, visibly witnessed how much pain I was in, and the doctor even commented on how distended my abdomen was, and then proceeded to tell me I had to wait 2 weeks before they could do anything at all to help me. So what is the point of this first appointment? To collect my $30 co-pay and insurance money to have me come back in 2 weeks? Not a single time was it mentioned from my PCP, or when scheduling appointment I would wait 2 weeks to get relief.

Poor customer service. Dirty bathrooms.
5 ladies working the front desk. Instead of calling patients up right away, they were eating Chick-fil-A, texting on their phones and talking about what they were going to do over the weekend. Poor attitudes when you try to talk to them. The restroom was very dirty; reminded me of a gas station bathroom. On a positive note, the lady in scheduling was very nice and helpful and our appt with PA, Philip Hoffman, was great. He is always very professional and compassionate.
