I strongly don’t recommend. Unless you enjoy being disrespected, gas lit, and overcharged this place is not for you. Alina is a nasty individual who is extremely unprofessional. She has no respect for patients and has no business being allowed to interact with others. This office will lie and tell you they did their due diligence and act like you are asking for the world when you want details on the “efforts” they made. They will overcharge your insurance, and when the insurance pays what the actual amount should be, they make you pay the difference despite your copay reflecting 0.00. Dr. Duarte is a horrible leader and takes no accountability for his staff. He believes his staff has every right to make comments like “when I get around to it” or refusing to give their name like Alina did when she hung up on us. He gas lights you, when you explain how disrespectful his staff is, his response is not to address their poor behavior but to point out your frustrations. Family means nothing.
