Dr Dimova is rude and prejudice! She first walked up to me did not intrude herself as the Dr but said to me where are you from? She said to me I thought you were Cuban (why would my nationality have anything to do with my daughters teeth)? She then proceeded to ask my daughter why she was there. My daughter explained I think I have a cavity. Dr. Dimova said to my high schooler are you a dentist ? Dr. Dimova then said you don't have a cavity you obviously don't brush your teeth! Dr. Dimova was not only rude, she made my daughter feel so uncomfortable. I had just paid for the numbing that the girls in the office told me was $60. per tooth but then got changed to $70. once the Dr got involved. I saw my daughter was extremely uncomfortable and had asked to leave. I over heard Dr. Dimova tell her staff to have me weight outside. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to refund. Every Friday since May 5th I have called to see if my refund is available. Today 6-2-23 no refund
