Dr. Goyal rushed through my appt and then proceeded to tell me when MY appt would be to get an outpatient procedure.... then come to find out he gave me information and appt info for the wrong hospital. If I hadn't cancelled the colonoscopy, he would have marked me as a no show and billed insurance and I would have been waiting at the wrong outpatient clinic. After calling a few times to reschedule my procedure his office cancels my appt and sends me a letter that I am being dropped as a patient with no explanation as to why. I had only been there once, has not caused any issues, and have had a serious need to get a colonoscopy because of severe hemorrhaging. An investigation needs to be done into his practice.
