heir website says "we strive to provide our patients with quality care, comfort and convenience." Unfortunately, those words ring hollow. Terrible customer service at reception both times I have been. Recently, I was five minutes late to an appt (which they had already rescheduled once before) and the receptionist canceled the appointment and forced me to reschedule. The excuse was that they only have one hygienist. "Dental Associate" is apparently a more appropriate name. The teeth cleaning I had there, wasn't that good. I did not get that usual smooth clean feeling.
