Callous
The pre-op nurse was humorless and not friendly at all. Actually ridiculed me over my pre-surgical tests and conditions. I certainly do not want to trust my health and outcome of procedure to callousness. Please consider your procedure and care to a facility that is staff with compassion and empathy.

Billing Irregularities - Procedure was DENIED
My procedure was denied by Aetna. I had no prior knowledge of this prior to the surgery. The center took me in without informing me. Afterwards, they sent me a bill for over 100,000 dollars post-surgery! I've spent months fighting with Aetna, but I believe the center was at fault as well.

The medical staff is nice, but the accounting department is terrible and nasty. They overcharge you more than your co pay at pre admission, and then you have to beg them to get the money refunded. They lied to me when I told them that I did not have a co pay for a procedure, but then they would not admit me until I paid a pre pay anyway.
