Terrible office staff they changed and deleted my appointment several times on their own so I wasted a weekend planning for my wisdom teeth removal to find out it was deleted and once I finally got to my second wisdom teeth appointment no one had notified me that I wouldn’t be put to sleep and even though It was a surprise I told them I was okay with it but it the doctor decided he would not perform surgery on me anymore because now he was nervous of the “lack of communication”... what? You wasted two weekends now of mine planning for this surgery due to YOUR lack of organization and now you deny me the service that was promised? How is a doctor too nervous from a patient asking questions? The lady who messed up the appointment also never notified me of the process not one email or call and then denied all of it to my face. The Hispanic lady that answers the phone is the worst and I’m Hispanic so nothing to do with that. I was also already drugged up at this point and force to leave
