I would just like to say that my radiologist Jenny was incredibly compassionate and kind. She explained everything made me feel very comfortable and went every above and beyond by making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend radiology associates of Ocala and Miss Jenny.

This was the first time I had a CT scan with contrast. Rhonda, the site manager, was very kind at answering all my questions.The personnel doing the procedure were excellent very calming and professional for this nervous person

Everyone was exceptional...a helpful spirit and a genuine smile on their face. The most beautiful thing was the Bible verses that scrolled across the display screen in the exam room. What a blessing and gave me such a sense of peace. Ginger(RAO) was so kind and helpful. She did some double checking and got my two tests done just after my doctor's appointment. What a blessing... kept me from having to make another trip to the office!! It's such a blessing to go to a doctor's office and have everyone be so kind and helpful.

Katie did a great job. Very pleasant. It is obvious she likes what she does.

Lori completed my Dexascan and Jenny completed my Mammogram.Both were courteous, kind and professional. I’m grateful for that!

Justine was my TIC MRI tech. She helped keep me calm throughout the whole process.

I went in for an MRI. Everything went very smooth from check in to the actual MRI. The staff was very kind, friendly and patient. I wasn’t moving very fast due to my injury but they didn’t rush me and helped any way they could. Very impressed!

Today was my first time coming here, and I have to say I was extremely impressed! The waiting area, dressing rooms and imaging rooms were very clean. As a first time patient getting a mammogram, I was very nervous, but Jenny was so sweet and patient with me. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was beyond amazing and caring. I could truly tell she loves her job and is awesome at it! My ultra sound tech was also very kind and made me feel comfortable as well. I highly recommend Radiology Associates of Ocala. They care, they listen and are top notch!! Thank you again ladies!

Katie was excellent!!I arrived at 3 for 3:15 arrival, 3:30 appt.I was in and out the door at 330. How wonderful is that!!

Easy sign-in at the kiosk, short wait time, cleanliness apparent, pleasant staff all the way around. The dressing room was very well organized and comfortable. The private lockers available to hold my belongings were impressive. I was assigned to Jennie for my routine mammogram. She was a smiling professional who gave clear instructions. She was gentle, efficient and thorough. I was in and out in no time! Very happy with RAO at Windsor Oaks!

An MRI is not the most comfortable test, although there is no pain other than what you are there for. Staff is helpful, caring, and compassionate. It makes all the difference in the visit and test.

I was always afraid of having a mammogram! My visit was great from the time I signed in until I walked out. Jenny made me feel at ease. She took her time in a calm voice and gave me directions on how I needed to stand for each test. She made the visit very pleasant!
