The staff in the Ocala office is very incompetent. They have lied and canceled appts after confirming. They don't send required paperwork for procedures on time and procedures had to be rescheduled . I was contacted by Radiology Associates requesting I contact North Florida directly and request paperwork for insurance approval be sent because they tried numerous times and were still waiting. I had a catheter inserted in preparation for a procedure and was preped and ready to go., When Dr. Narayan determined I was not ready and the attendant ripped out the catheter without any regard for me the patient. This is just a few of my experiences with this Dr and his staff. I would never recommend this Dr to anyone not even my worst enemy. They are Horrible. Beware.

Drs change without notice when you have appointments set. Never get a chance to get to know Drs even when you have surgery. Time was set for Dr to call for a televisit to discuss test results but call never came and I was never sent results.

The worst experience I ever had. Dr.Narayan hurt me physically trying to remove a stent that was blocked due to kidney stones. He didn't succeed and didn't even numb the area. He told his nurse to put me in a room that was very unsanitary, and it looked like a storage room with storage trunks, and a lot of old rusted tanks, suitcases etc. The floor was disgusting also. He yelled at his assistant and nurse. I was crying terribly from the pain that he put me through trying unsuccessfully to remove the stent for a half an hour. Two of his helpers had to go get my husband to help me get out of there. The office staff kept ignoring my phone calls. The whole experience was a total nightmare.
