Dismal/Not Clean Ocala Office!
Having been Dr. Ruisi's patient since May 2023, my first impression of the office was that it was NOT clean and that it was dismal. On one visit, a bag of human feces was dropped in the parking lot and it was not removed until the end of the day! Dr. Ruisi is no longer with this practice, effective 10/13/23, (which is entirely understandable.) 'Citrus Cardiology' did not notify me of this change. Dr. Ruisi is an outstanding cardiologist with compassion and sincere concern for his patients. He should be associated with a practice that does not simply care about 'the bottom line' and that appreciates his expertise!
