I decided on this location when looking for a primary care doctor for my disabled mother, I work in health care myself and the experience with this office has been the worst. I have been contacting this office since the end of December to assist with getting my disable mother a referral order from this location to another home health agency and have been getting the run around , the staff gives you the run around no one calls you back and here it is almost a month later my mom still has been without home health care as well as physical therapy, I very much Like Dr. Debruno but the overall experience is why I'm writing this ,I want to change my mom's pcp but again she loves Dr. Debruno is why I have not yet if I could give this location 0stars I would, I will be looking on how to file in grievance .
