They charged me for a crown and build up that I didn't have placed. My original appointment was on April 4, 2023 for the preparation for the crown that they are still charging me for. I went in person and cancelled my crown placement appointment on April 6th, for my crown placement appointment that was scheduled for May 2nd , I cancelled it almost a month prior because my husband lost his job (he has diabetes and has complication from it and health problems) found out they DIDN'T really cancel it and I didn't realize that until they texted me 2 days before reminding me of the appointment that I had cancelled the month before. Now they sent me a CERTIFIED LETTER stating that they are still going to charge me for one of the crowns even though they haven't been placed and if I don't pay in 7 days they are turning me over to a collection agency which will ruin my credit score the only way I can pay for my husbands $700 a month medication and glasses he is almost blind.
