Delay of care
If I could rate this place a negative I WOULD! The delay in care from the Dr. is unreal. Don’t get me wrong, I understand he has other pts & procedures & has his own family emergencies but if an office is calling everyday about the same pt (CANCER PT) at that, how long do you sit on messages? NO PT SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THE DR TO SAY YES OR NO ON A BIOPSY THAT THEY RECOMMENDED IN THE FIRST PLACE. It’s neglect at that point. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially someone that I love & care for.

I went for a doctor ordered ultrasound to verify bladder stones. The VA accidentally discovered I had bladder stones during a prostate check via ultrasound. Then off to a VA CT scan which verified 2 very large stones which require surgical removal. After the fact my Medicare primary also sent me to excel for a verification, and they found absolutely nothing. How can you trust this facility?
