Available appointments on my days off, days away, not weeks or months. I feel the providers truly listen and care and spend time with me. Getting refills and reaching office is easy. Relaxed environment near the beach.

We have been there several times different experiences with this office. Not at all a detailed group of Medical professionals. They are pleasant enough, but very bad follow up skills.You are unable to contact or communicate with the office and or Dr. through their website. You cannot order your refill request there either. Had some testing, they Never called with results waited 10 days, called office to ask what was going on. When I asked why I had not received a call, person said 'well if you do not hear from us just call. Not used to that. Had a virtual appointment, called needed meds for the ailment I had. When got on the Virtual appointment, she had NO idea why I was calling and proceeded to prescribe the Wrong medication.I questioned her on it and she said, Ok I will send in both scrips. ???
