Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this provider’s office. I had come in 3 weeks before nursing school to get my titers done and gave them the date they were due. They told me there would be no issue getting the results on time. Only ONE of my results came in and they told me for weeks that they were pending, not that they LOST MY RESULTS. Then 2 days before my results were due I got a call from them saying that I needed to make an appointment for labs. When I came in to the office to get my tb test read the front desk ladies were talking about me AS I WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT DESK complaining about how many times I have called the office for my blood work results. SO unprofessional. The communication in the office between employees is TERRIBLE and nobody knows anything. All of the front desk employees are incredibly rude and do not care about their patients. When they pick up the phone they either hang up on you or instantly put you on hold without asking for permission. Terrible ex
