I made an oppoint for Nov. 24 . at MSH Miami Beach, when I arrived prior I had fill all documents on line, plus the co payment, call to see if everything is fine.Answer everyting is good. sad to say when i arrived they tell me they dont have referral, the Dr. Offices has to ENT has to call Aetna for referral cade not the primary office DR. The lack of services to the patiante is not acceptable. The front desk is the image of represents the DR. that is where the etics of a drs office stars. Made a new oppointment for Nov 27 2023 guess what happen when i arrived , primary Dr. Had send the referal Order , but the ENT offices could not take the time all morning to call the insurance company, also ask me for a co-pay when I did it on line. i requested THE credit to my credit card the could not provide me with it . they wanted me to pay it againg this . the responsability is for the office manager of the group drs don't even know what is going on . Sad the staff are creating lost$$
