The Clark Clinic Inc

I went to the Clark Clinic for a quick physical for my insurance deduction, since my doctor was booked out. They suggested updated blood work and an ekg and that it would be fully covered by my insurance. 3 people in the office confirmed that, including the person at the front desk. So I thought why not? It's been a while and there's no cost. So I scheduled another visit to have the testing done. A few weeks later I received a bill, around $150! I called and the billing department told me I didn't insurance... I do and I had given it to them. Eventually they corrected the error but told me I would still have a balance. Since then I have been receiving letters and have tried several times to get through to their office and have this handled, since they told me I would have no bill, which is the only reason I did it! They never answer their phone and when you leave a message they call you back at some random time during the workday. They do not serve their patients at all. Terrible!
