Awful experience
In general I have low expectations for doctor offices but Derrow Dermatology is truly hopeless. Evidently, filling a prescription is beyond their reach. I had a routine checkup and was told an order was called in for a skin lotion. Multiple visits to my pharmacy, email and 3 phone conversations with office staff -- all to no avail, despite assurances that all had been taken care of. 10 days later and still no medication (though my insurance WAS billed for it). I will never again set foot in this place. My pharmacy did allow that I could buy a refill after a week, but since insurance was already billed, they could not fill it at this time. I give up. Medical industry: 1, patient: 0.
