HCA Florida Heart Institue - Largo

If I could have given them 0 I would have. The worst office staff I have ever been to, Do not go to these offices. I called them waited 10 minutes. I decided to drive there which was 5 miles when I arrived they still hadn't picked the phone up I was still on hold for 25 minutes. Ask them why they weren't picking up their phones they ignored me I asked for the office manager 10 minutes later she came out and asked me what the problem was, I showed her my phone and I was still on hold I like Dr Jordan very much but I cannot put up with this office, so I will be looking for another doctor. Told my primary doctor about this incident he apologized. That's more than I got from the office manager. All she wanted to do is argue. Needs to be fired along with the whole staff. They're there just for a paycheck they don't care about their patients. Health grade rates them at 1 star how do you stay in Business with 1 star rating. I wonder why there's no review page on their website DO NOT GO TO HCA
