Kids First Pediatrics

Dr. Nair is warm, accomplished, and welcoming. Her staff, however, is rude and incompetent. Due to her staff failing to update our mailing address, which was provided to the staff during a routine appointment, we never received a bill. We were shocked to receive a phone call cancelling an appointment that had been scheduled several weeks in advance due to an outstanding balance that had been sent to collections. Once the balance was paid approximately 15 minutes later (it was less than $150), Crystal, the receptionist, rudely informed us that we had been 'blacklisted' due to office policy. When I asked Crystal to help me understand why their administrative error has led to my child being denied service and us having to find a new pediatrician, she kept coldly repeating 'It's office policy.' I saw other online reviews warning against Crystal and her lack of professionalism. I am disappointed that I did not heed those warnings and now have to start from scratch with a new pediatrician.

I was previously a patient of Dr. Nair and her practice and once I delivered my son I knew we’d be back to our favorite pediatric office. Absolutely the best and most attentive care given by Dr. Nair and her staff. Great job ladies!
