I had a doctors appointment with Dr. Mercado last Friday. There must have been a major miscommunication because it was my understanding that my appointment was in the Deltona office. When I arrived to the office, I discovered they were closed. I reached out to them and discovered that my appointment was at the Lake Mary office. I advised them I would be 10 minutes late. The representative said she would let the nurse know. After I was more than halfway there, I received a phone call from another woman and was told the doctor would not see me if I was going to be late.
