Dr. Busch was great! He listened to my health complaints/concerns. Since then, I have been seeing Katherine Torres she is also fantastic. The office staff is horrible, they do not return calls, customer service is very poor and to top it off one particular staff member at the Jupiter location was very rude (yelling and arguing with me over the phone) today trying to justify why I missed my appt. I will not go into details here but she was in the wrong. I travel one hour to get to this office. Had to contact the managers at both offices to make them aware of the situation and although they handled my call well it is very upsetting to have an employee at such prestige office with great doctors treat their patients like this. :(
