My mother has hearing loss, she is 93yo. I asked the assistant/supervisor to speak up so she could hear. And she did!!! She spoke directly to my mom and treated her with dignity and respect. So many health care providers and staff do not do this and talk to me instead of my mom. It was glorious. Thank you. Dr Guier was also amazing. He also spoke loudly so my mom could hear. We have been to three different physicians for the same problem, double vision. He addressed her vision issue, diagnosed the cause and is providing a solution. We are beyond grateful. Dr. G is also very funny and engaging. Thank you.
