Not sure what happened to this place but it's horrible. They do NOT respond to their own portal messages, I sent a message last week Monday and still have NOT received a message back. I even called and received a message from the medical assistant that the dr had my results and would get back with me. That was Wednesday. This isn't the first time this happened but it will be the last. And now they want $25 per family member to get OUR records even after we have been patients there for over 5 years. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely unprofessional. No sense of urgency for people dealing with medical issues.
