Fabulous Staff, especially Barbara

I was in last week to see if it was worth getting a new prescription for my husband who has advanced stage Alzheimers. It is difficult to get him to respond or follow directions. Barbara, the technician who had to get all of the machine readings from him was absolutely amazing. She worked so hard - asking questions in different ways until she elicited a needed response, she was so patient, she kidded and cajoled him into answering questions and at one point when he became agitated, as he often does when asked questions, she didn't miss a beat and was as upbeat as possible while she redirected him. The entire office is fabulous, so it's hard to stand out, but Barbara did!
