The following is my opinions. If you have insurance look elsewhere. From my experience they made multiple mistakes with claims. Actually I believe they were intentional mistakes that I guess either benefits them by less work or they are just disgruntled towards their patients. They showed less than zero empathy or support in helping me resolve their mistakes that wound up costing me a lot out of pocket.
