Horrible office staff! They only care about the dollar than the patient !!! Go elsewhere!!! They make you cry!

I made appointment six months at advance and came to Hallandale location. They confirm my appointment three times and the end they schedule me with wrong doctor at wrong location.

Dr. Moore has been my dermatologist for some years now and my face is where I need it to be. I went to him with acne and dark spots and now I can go to work without wearing makeup. I am so happy with my results. The time you wait is super long but it’s so worth seeing Dr. Moore because he’s patient and very personable.

Dr Moore is the most friendly physician I’ve ever met. I too don’t care for the wait times, but I know why they’re bad. Dr Moore talks to you, listens, and provides the most excellent and gentle care. He’ll talk with you, not at you, and you can tell he is a genuine good person.

Dr. Hirt was very knowledgeable. Her exam was thorough and detailed.

The caring, how clean, how organized Very nice everyone is.

Front desk employees need more costumer services training. They are young ladies with an attitude. They asked to verify my info and when I said the insurance policy number is wrong they pretended me to accept the mistake and continue. After a 45 minutes waiting I got called in to wait another 45 minutes in the room to wait for the doctor. Doctor Nancy was nice and knowledgeable. Overall frustrating experience from the administration part of the practice.

Time management is HORRIBLE at this facility. Seems like they are double or triple booking patients at the same time. It doesn’t make sense for me to be in an office for a follow up visit for over an hour and a half. At my first visit it took me an hour just to see Dr. Moore and this is ridiculous for the time to exceed past a 30 min wait time

The wait was very short. I was given laser on a scar left by the surgery of an SCC.

Dr Nancy and her team are amazing, so thorough and very accommodating. The wait sometimes tend to be long but patience is a virtue.

Dr Moore has been my dermatologist for many years now and I would not trust anyone else. The wait is long but well worth the treatment and attention to details that he provides. I not only consider him my doctor but also my family

Dr Moore and his staff went ABOVE & BEYOND CARE to make me feel comfortable it's a sense of calmness when he's in the room a peaceful vibe I love it there remember patience is a virtue is well worth the wait

Dr Lanes is brilliant and truly cares about his patients, and always is a pleasure to feel welcome at a Doctors office and to know that they care

Nancy is fantastic. She provided education regarding my condition after she ordered a biopsy that made it definitive. She shared her knowledge regarding all my conditions as well as her journey with a similar condition. Her support staff is great as well. The clerical staff are cordially and professional.

I had a 10.30 appointment with PA Merkat. After waiting one hour I went back to desk to check status of my appointment. Two receptionists on duty. One working with a patient. The other on her iPhone scrolling through messages and websites. Finally after 3 minutes I coughed and she looked up. Went through the whole who am I and who am I here to see routine. Other receptionist heard and got up to check and said I was next patient for Merkat. Was finally brought into treatment room by assistant. Ms Merkat apologized for wait. Seems earlier operations had gone longer than e expected. Totally understand if that’s the case but would have been nice to k ow earlier. Anyway quick 20 minute consultation and I was out of there.

Wish I could remember the front desk girls name who scheduled my husbands appointment. Mary or Maria I think....super friendly & efficient. All the staff are always so helpful! Nancy Muskat is amazing! So quick yet completely thorough & always accommodating. Answers all our questions & explains so well. We feel blessed to be able to come to this dermatology office!
