Owner of practice and the providers don’t care about patients. They only care about the bottom line and opening more practices so they have access to more patients to harm. Staff is unprofessional and rude. The CEO is the worst. He intentionally forces patients to get procedures

While there are currently some good people that work here (Dr. Ike, and the gentleman that makes the follow up appointments) their good is washed away by the other POOR staff and policies that perpetuate at this clinic. I have been going here for over two years and in that time, it's been nothing but one issue after another. As others have mentioned, it very much is a money grab. $37 for me ever time I need to schedule anything, follow up, get a refill, or have a procedure.I recently went in to see if I could have anything done for the ruptured disc in my back and to get a refill. The nurse practitioner I saw acted inconvenienced by my questions and was absolutely no help at all. She suggested almost every procedure they offer to for my disc pain including trigger point injections. When I asked her how the trigger point injections would help my disc issues since they are muscular based, she barked at me 'How am I supposed to know? I'm not a neurologist!'
